No wait oil change drive up they take care of you thanks again

Dustin W. did a great job at making sure the routine maintenance was performed on our truck, then he came out to inform me that there was a recall on the truck that I wasn't aware of. Thanks for bringing that to my attention and getting that taken care of also. Job well done!

While it is known that the Cole Krum Service Dept is professional and very courteous, the true hidden gem is the Cole Krum Parts Dept. The Parts Dept personnel are professional and courteous, as one would expect, however they truly excel in the areas of parts knowledge, availability, manufacturing parts miracles, and being darn good looking.

I love this place never have any issues. Manager Ben always willing to help out his guys give ya honest answers.
