Service was good but little things add up. My change oil indicator was not reset. The message popped up a couple weeks after my oil change. Not a big thing but little things add up. Another time I was out of town and got an oil change. The technician had a real hard time removing the over tightened oil filter. I learned there were initials on the filter. Guess there were issues with one of your guys over tightened oil filters. Another trip I saw a car come out of the shop and someowasnt tightened enough and oil spilled all over the ground. These little things do not leave a lot of confidence.

The service I received from Cole Krum Chevrolet was, in all honesty excellent. The Service Dept is professional and courteous, as on would expect. What made the experience almost magical is the hidden treasure of the dealership: The Most Excellent Parts Dept. The staff of the M.E.P.D. are professionals thru and thru, while also maintaining courtesy of the highest caliber. And as if all that wouldn't "WOW" a person, they're (the staff of the M.E.P.D.) are handsome as all get out.

The service staff corrected the issue with my vehicle. Very satisifited

I love working with the people here because they're respectful. As a woman, they treat me with respect and don't mansplain.
